If you want a excellent finish, please avoid buying a darker/lighter lace if you need any help please email me on hairbysimmi@icloud.com

If you are a lighter please only buy transparent or hd lace because lace can only be tinted and not lightened. Please also avoid buying thick lace. The thinner the lace the better the melt!

I will only accept frontals with density’s ranging from 130% to 150%.

I work with premade wigs ranging from 130%-250

DROPOFF

All hair is to be dropped off NOT POSTED between 12pm-6pm(address will be provided once you have booked ) Always drop hair 5 days before your appointment !

All hair dropped of late will result in a fee

IF HAIR IS DROPPED OFF 3DAYS OR LATER IT WILL BE CONSIDERED AN 'EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT' WHICH IS £30

IF YOUR HAIR IS DROPPED OF LATE I HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE YOUR APPOINTMENT AS I HAVE A BUSY SCHEDULE!

Please write your full name and appointment date and time + any add on that you have booked with your appointment...on a piece of paper and place it in the bag with your hair. If your details are not included you hair appointment will be completely cancelled as this is a basic necessity for your appointment to go ahead.

I do not colour hair unless the hair is provided by me and bought from hairbysimmi in this instance I colour hair from 1b to jet black to save my clients the stress of having to go back and forth between collecting the hair from me to have to take to a colourist .

AVAILABILITY

Dates are released on the 20th of every month at 9.00pm

If there are no dates available this means I am fully booked for the month. If there are any cancellations I will make it known through my instagram story on hairbysimmi or I will release it back onto the booking link .

On the day appointments and appointments made during the week are double the original price you can call to ask for availability .

LATENESS

If you are 10 minutes late a £10 fee will be added to your appointment, being late for more than 20 minutes will result in a cancellation. If you miss your appointment you will have to book again . *Please avoid this

DEPOSITS

To secure your booking a £20 deposit is required. In the event of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances .

Also you cannot book multiple appointments and pick one that you want to come to you must cancel and book the necessary appointment that you want .

MUST DO'S

Please measure your head and make sure if it is more that 21.5 inches all around you provide a large wig cap or a cap that fits you comfortably

Come with your hair WASHED and BLOW DRYED

If you are bringing old hair MAKE SURE it is washed and conditioned or add it on to your appointment

Put name, time and date of appointment with your hair when dropping off
Don't come with wet hair
If you are coming with your hair cainrowed please ensure it is FLAT
Provide new frontals or closures I don’t work with old ones unless it is a reglue
When booking select the add on you require or come with the additional money if you do not select the add on when booking it will be £5 extra on the day .(unfortunately I may not be able to do your add on if you don’t have time )
I take CASH only so please cash out before you attend your appointment as I don’t take bank transfer at all

DISCLAIMER

I work with all head sizes, however if your head is bigger than 22” I advise a consultation in which i make the wig on your head , this must be made clear via email or text through dm or email beforehand . if you do not want to come in for a consultation please provide your own large wig cap when bringing your hair making the wig on your head will be an additional 25£ you can always send a bigger wig cap when sending your hair off . I do not work with wigs that are smaller than your head at all

If you have booked for a no install frontal/mini frontal and request for shipment, your parcel will be shipped the following Monday .

If you have booked for a frontal replacement do not take the old frontal off
I do not work with used bundles that are cut up
Please ensure that the knots in your wig are small ,Wigs that have large knots can result in rips in the lace when plucking as the knots are strong
Any appointment made through Instagram or under 10days if not booked through my website are £25 extra
Appointments 6am,6pm,8pm and after are £50 extra
please contact me before your appointment to let me know if you would like the wig made on your head
Sunday and Monday appointments are +£100 these are my off days so any appointments booked in for this days are emergency appointments
December appointments from 19th-30th are £30 extra

NO SHOWS

Failure to attend your appointment without cancelling or rescheduling at least 48 hours to your appointment will result in the total service fee being deducted from your card on file.

Any cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment time will result in a 50% of the total service charge to the card on file.
